Bob Weissenborn

Bob moved to Naples from Passaic, NJ in 1947 and started Naples Armature Works along with his father Emil in 1948 at the age of 19. He completed his degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering and apprenticed at National Electric in Passaic. During his 60 years in Naples, Bob has seen first hand the tremendous growth of the area. However, at the young age of 80 Bob is still active in the business and if your lucky, he may be here when you come in and give you a first hand history lesson of Naples.
Irene Weissenborn

Not the man in charge, but the woman who knows what's going on. Irene and Bob have been married for 53 years and she has helped build Naples Armature Works from the start. Originally from Tarpon Springs, FL, Irene is also a native Floridian who has seen the tremendous growth of the area. Still active in the business, Irene handles our human resources as well as numerous tax and bookkeeping responsibilities.

Son of Bob and Irene, Robert has been learning the family buisness since he was 12. Upon gradutation from the University of Florida with a degree finance in 1978, Robert returned to become our Shop Foreman and has been working in that position ever since. In addition to rewinding, Robert is head electricial engineer. He also implements design and fabrication of NAW's Custom Pump & Sprayer Division. Robert and his wife Sally have been married for 21 years and have three sons.

Robert's younger sister, Janet was also invovled in the business at an early age. After graduation from Florida State University with a degree in accounting in 1983, Janet worked in Public Accounting for 4 years and earned her C.P.A. license. Janet handles our accounting system design and implementation as well as inventory and sales. Janet has two daughters and enjoys playing clarinet with the Naples Concert Band.

Originally from Geneva, IL, Sally relocated to Marco Island in 1975. She was employed by Marco Beach Realty for 12 years. After Sally and Robert were married, she was a stay at home mom until she joined Naples Armature Works in 1997. Currently, Sally is in charge of Sales and Customer Service and you can always find her here with a smile on her face.
Jackie Blumert

Returning to the team, Jackie has just graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Business Marketing. Though she has most of her fun creating websites, you can almost always find Jackie at the sales counter, taking orders, or keeping our accounts in order. Daughter of Janet, Jackie works part time at Naples Armature Works and is currently taking night classes to obtain her MBA in Finance. On the weekends Jackie loves to kayak and watch Buccaneer football.
Carlos Chavez
Service Technician
Originally from Bolivia, Carlos has been with Naples Armature Works for 6 years and is a great asset to the NAW team. He specializes in rewinding, motor controls, and large pump rebuilding. Carlos is head Service Technician of NAW's Pump and Sprayer Division which handles maintenance and fabrication of chemical sprayers. Carlos is married with two children and loves to watch Guatamalan soccer.
Randy Weissenborn

Randy, an alumni of Lely High School, is the son of Robert and Sally. Randy has been working at Naples Armature Works for over 5 years, specalizing in pool pumps, both residential and commercial and the fabrication of custom sprayers. Randy likes to build and race cars in his spare time and is also an avid Florida Gators fan.
